I have specialized in holistic stress management for twenty five years and joined ISMA in December 2000. My interest in stress began when I was counselling Victims of Crime and Families of Murder Victims in the UK, and found that no matter how traumatic the experience, or the modalities used to help them, a client recovered more quickly when they were able to handle stress.
This led me to study stress, how it affects the mind, body, emotions and spirit as well as a number of different modalities and approaches to health and wellbeing. I developed a flexible program called Stress Wisdom which I have taught to clients, groups, companies and within the traditional and complementary medical fields. My workbook Stress Wisdom – the holistic approach to stress is currently being revised and updated to include new information and research material.
At this moment I am living in the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. My clients come from within the area, across Canada and overseas.
