Alice Muir – Stress Train

I’m a chartered psychologist and teacher, and have been involved in stress management and personal development, in one form or another for over twenty five years. I’ve always found this work fascinating, and it has given me experience in all sectors: public, private, business, and voluntary. I’m a Fellow of ISMA, which I  joined in 2001, and I’m now Features Editor on ISMA’s journal, Stress News. I was the first to use the term Stress Adviser in 1994*, during a four-year government funded research study.  Since then, I’ve  trained hundreds of Stress Advisers all over the UK.  I’ve published ten books on stress related subjects, the most recent being, Teach Yourself – Beat Stress, and currently run Alice Muir Training  along with my Associate, Nicki Beveridge, FCIPD, who is also a member of ISMA.
