ISMA^UK is a registered charity with a multi-disciplinary professional membership that includes the UK and the Republic of Ireland. It exists to promote sound knowledge and best practice in the prevention and reduction of human stress as well as promoting well-being. It sets professional standards for the benefit of individuals and organisations using the services of its members.
The work of ISMA^UK and its membership includes providing advice to members of the public/ employers/organisations, and includes supporting the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) in the delivery of their requirements for Stress Risk Assessment and the implementation of the Management Standards and Competencies.

All Corporate Members must abide by the ISMA^UK Code of Ethics  (http://www.isma.org.uk/join-isma/code-of-conduct.html) and are subject to the disciplinary framework therein.

Corporate Membership is open to those organisations fulfilling the following criteria:

• Organisations who are implementing the Management Standards for stress, including policy development, training and Risk Assessment
• Organisations who employ ISMA^UK Approved internal or external consultants and trainers
• Organisations who employ ISMA^UK Approved Coaches

Annual fee: £ 350.00 + VAT plus a one time registration fee of £30

Corporate membership allows any employee to apply for Associate Membership but ISMA^UK individual Membership requires appropriate qualifications.
