The Positive Psychology Practice specialises in the application of Positive Psychology in order to deliver innovative, yet simple and effective solutions for both individuals and organisations.
We combine scientifically validated psychological tools that are designed by world-leading organisations such as the Centre for Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) and the University of Pennsylvania, with a Solution Focused approach and other Positive Psychology interventions in order to help deliver positive change.
Positive Psychology is an evidence-based approach that has been acknowledged by Cary Cooper (distinguished academic and leading authority on the subject of stress) as being at the vanguard of stress management and the attainment of wellbeing; and I am currently studying an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of East London, which will qualify me as one of the first Positive Psychology specialists in Europe.
